3. Prohibited Uses

- License terminates upon course completion or account closure
- Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement
Student-Generated Content
While you retain ownership of original work created during courses, you grant neuraallcore certain rights to use your projects for educational purposes.
- You retain copyright to your original creative work
- neuraallcore may showcase exemplary projects with permission
- Anonymous project data may be used for research purposes
- Third-party content must comply with respective licenses
5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely through encrypted channels
- Invoices and receipts are provided for all transactions
- Payment plans may be available for qualifying students
Refund Policy
14-Day Satisfaction Period
Full refund available within 14 days of course start date if you are not satisfied with the content quality or teaching methodology.
Partial Refunds
Prorated refunds may be considered for medical emergencies or significant life circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available after 50% course completion, for policy violations, or for courses completed more than 60 days ago.

7. Account Termination

Involuntary Termination

- Repeated misconduct may affect future enrollment
- No refunds for policy-based terminations
